I do not wish to be disrespectful to school janitors but Markwayne Mullin would be far more suited to that role than to the lofty position of Secretary of Homeland Security. At least, as a janitor, he would presumably know a thing or two about unblocking toilets. Anyway, after The Noem Disaster, he has certainly not got a hard act to follow.
