That last one? 100% No. 1,000%. I haven't trusted polls since 2016 and never will again. The simple answer is: VOTE. And, if you're smart, Vote BLUE from the top of the ticket to the bottom.
The last one, on opinion polls, reminded of an old Jimmy Stewart movie. "Magic Town" from 1947 was a romantic comedy based on the new "science" of opinion polling. The point is not heavy-handed in a comedy, but is very clear that when you ask people for their opinions, you may be the driver of change in their opinions. Nowadays, with the way polls are conducted and the outsized importance we give to them, I'm convinced that people are gaming the whole system with their answers. I don't believe that pollsters can get honest answers to their questions and should find others careers because they are causing actual harm!!
You'd have to know where the poll was taken, who was involved, how many people were asked and exactly what the questions were .... and then I still wouldn't give it much credit.
I can't think of the name of that woman who just got 9 years, but the judge said she was defiant and showed no remorse. I hope she's miserable in jail. I always put on my chain mail bikini to prepare for a fight and I always defeat men. Prof Engelberg is the best. Bueller? Bueller?
