That is excellent, and I agree that the distinction is important. Another option is one that Ken and I recently used when someone started making racist comments in front of us. We just stood there and stared at him. He kept talking and we said absolutely nothing. Just stared. He finally shut up. I think it sent the message without having to say a word! XO Beth
