I wondered why, when it was announced that DL Hughley was getting a show on CNN. Were they thinking he was the next Jon Stewart, because he isn't even the next Martha Stewart, or Stewart Little. Pick a Stewart, any Stewart.
See, there are politically active comedians out there....see post below...but Hughley is not one of them. His show has been cancelled, but not before Hughley could make giggle jokes about being gay, ramble incoherently about gay marriage, and sink to bringing up this old chestnut.
Hmmmmmm....maybe DL stands for Down Low Hughley?
